Proven ability to draft and review a wide range of legal documents, including commercial contracts, employment agreements, and confidentiality agreements. She’s a former attorney at AllBright Law Offices with expertise in overseas investment, private equity, and legal consulting for TMT, pharmaceutical, and food sectors. Additional in-house experience with Pernod Ricard (China) supporting commercial contract review, data protection compliance, and brand promotion. She is legally astute, research-driven, and highly adept at navigating both GCC and Chinese legal systems.
