Mr. Abdullah Khairan is a licenced Saudi lawyer, he holds a Master’s degree of Law from the University of Jordan and a Bachelor’s degree from King Saud University, Riyadh.
Mr. Abdullah has more than eighteen years of experience in pleadings before judicial authorities and providing legal advice, he has supervised and managed several governmental projects. His areas of expertise include corporate law with a focus on corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, as well as dispute resolution.
