As part of our collaboration with Yura Management Consulting, we successfully completed a training course titled “Employee Skills Development in the Workplace” on February 20, 2023. The course was conducted by Consultant Basma bint Abdullah bin Shaik.
The aim of this course was to enhance job competencies by developing effective communication skills, time management, and systematic problem-solving. The course witnessed active participation from employees of both companies, contributing to outstanding results and fostering fruitful collaboration.
We appreciate the efforts of all participants and organizers and look forward to organizing more future training programs aimed at improving job performance and achieving institutional goals.
