Othman Al-Badrani is a certified lawyer with a Bachelor's degree in Law, graduating with honors from Al-Majma'ah University. Othman provides legal consultations and contributes to legislative and regulatory frameworks for various projects.
Othman has played an integral role in several government projects. Notably, he contributed to a project for the General Secretariat of the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Committees, where he worked on extracting key principles, defenses, and classifying decisions. He also led the team working on ZATCA project in 2024.
His expertise extends to the real estate sector, where he participated in drafting development contracts for the Saudi Railway Company (SAR). Othman is also an active member of the team providing legal counsel to the General Authority for Statistics and to the Saudi Logistics Services Company (SPL).
