NKL is pleased to announce that the Court of Appeal has upheld the judgment dismissing a patent infringement claim brought by one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies against our client, a leading global pharmaceutical company. The decision brings a long-running dispute to a successful close and confirms our client’s position that no infringement took place.

NKL team on this matter was led by Sara Naji, Partner and Head of Dispute Management, alongside Dr. Yaser Alali.
